I love painting women, they are a complex, multitalented species. The many facets of a woman are something to behold and celebrate. She takes on many roles in a single life that it would take me many collections to celebrate her life.

The nude woman has been symbolic for many of my past collections. (insert a nude here) After Gharra my second solo show was in Karachi, Pakistan called “Rooh” – which means “soul” a collection of 45 pieces that were showcased at the Gulmohar gallery. These subtle depictions of the nude woman mirrored her many moods and was successfully received at the show.

“I dream my painting and I paint my dream.”
